Welcome to our data center contractor bench list platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
By creating an account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2.2 Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.4 One Account Per User: Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual or entity are prohibited.
4.1 Credit System: Recruiters purchase credits to reveal contractor contact information. Each reveal costs 1 credit and provides permanent access to that contractor's full profile.
4.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information.
4.3 Non-Refundable: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Revealed profiles cannot be "unrevealed" for a refund.
4.4 Pricing: We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.
4.5 Expiration: Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for Terms violations.
You agree NOT to:
6.1 Platform Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of our platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content: You retain ownership of your profile content. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.
6.3 Trademarks: Our name, logo, and branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
We take data privacy seriously. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our privacy practices as described therein.
8.1 By You: You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Unused credits will be forfeited.
8.2 By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion.
8.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited without refund.
OUR PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF CONTRACTOR PROFILES OR GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
